How to Make Homemade Zucchini Bread | Moist & Delicious Zucchini Bread Recipe

Homemade Zucchini Bread

By combining shredded zucchini with this combination of spices and ingredients, you end up with a flavorful bread that is moist & delicious. This Sweet Zucchini Bread is a wonderful change from Banana Bread for your Breakfast, Brunch, Snack or Dessert!
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 Cup Oil (Neutral Oil like Avocado Oil or Vegetable Oil)
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Optional - Cinnamon & Sugar to sprinkle over the top of bread
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat eggs. Then add the sugar & oil, mixing until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Mix well.
- Add the zucchini & vanilla and mix until well incorporated into a batter.
- Add batter to 2 loaf pans and sprinkle the tops with cinnamon & sugar
- Bake at 350 Degrees for @ 45 minutes. Test doneness with a toothpick (if toothpick comes out clean when poked into the bread, it is done)
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can add raisins, nuts or dates to give even more flavor to this delicious bread!
This is a great way to use zucchini for a sweet recipe. The added crunchy topping of cinnamon & sugar is oh so good!
