Today we will be Dehydrating Tomato Scraps from our various Tomato Preservation Projects this year using the Excalibur Electric Food Dehydrator. Follow along and watch step by step how to dehydrate your Tomato Scraps and turn them into Tomato Powder! I can now make my own Homemade Tomato Based Dips as well as have on hand a great Tomato Paste Substitute & sauce thickener. This Tomato Powder adds a great tomato flavor to your recipes!
