Homemade Strawberry Muffins

Homemade Strawberry Muffins Recipe

Bursting with berry flavor, these Homemade Strawberry Muffins with be a welcomed addition to your breakfast, brunch or snack time!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Bake Time (400 Degrees) 20 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Neutral Oil (Avocado, Vegetable or Canola Oil work well)
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt (any flavor you want to try!)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Fruit

  • 2 Cups Strawberries (chopped) - Fresh, Frozen or Rehydrated Freeze Dried

Instructions

  1. Mix all Dry Ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Stir in all Wet Ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the prepared Strawberries until well distributed, to create the Strawberry Muffin Batter.
  4. Scoop the Strawberry Muffin Batter into Muffin Pan reservoirs (grease or add paper liners if needed)
  5. Bake Strawberry Muffins at 400 Degrees F for 15-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean from center.
  6. Cool muffins on a cooling rack and enjoy!

This recipe is a nice way to use Strawberries from the garden, freezer or when you find them on sale!

Plus, they pair well with a nice refreshing glass of lemonade or coffee & tea for Breakfast or Brunch!
