Pistachio Chocolate Bundt Cake
Quick & easy Pistachio Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe - pretty presentation with some tasty pistachio flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 oz box) White or Yellow Cake Mix (*see Notes below)
- 1 (3.4 oz package) Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 1 (8 oz container) Sour Cream
- 3/4 Cup Neutral Oil (Avocado, Vegetable or Canola Oil)
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Powdered Sugar for dusting over top before serving (Optional)
Instructions
- Combine the batter ingredients (Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, Sour Cream, Oil, Eggs & Water) into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the Chocolate Chips until well distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the Pistachio Chocolate cake batter into a prepared Bundt Cake Pan and place the Bundt Cake Pan onto a cookie sheet for baking in the oven.
- Bake the Pistachio Chocolate Cake at 350 Degrees for 40-50 min or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the Pistachio Chocolate Bundt Cake to cool in the Bundt Cake Pan on a cooling rack for about 20 min, then turn it out directly onto the serving plate you would like to use and continue to cool completely.
- Dust the top of the Pistachio Chocolate Bundt cake with Powdered Sugar (optional) or your topping of choice and enjoy!
