Quick & easy Pistachio Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe - pretty presentation with some tasty pistachio flavor!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Bake Time (350 Degrees) 40 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 oz box) White or Yellow Cake Mix (*see Notes below)
  • 1 (3.4 oz package) Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 (8 oz container) Sour Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Neutral Oil (Avocado, Vegetable or Canola Oil)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • Powdered Sugar for dusting over top before serving (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the batter ingredients (Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, Sour Cream, Oil, Eggs & Water) into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Fold in the Chocolate Chips until well distributed throughout the batter.
  3. Pour the Pistachio Chocolate cake batter into a prepared Bundt Cake Pan and place the Bundt Cake Pan onto a cookie sheet for baking in the oven.
  4. Bake the Pistachio Chocolate Cake at 350 Degrees for 40-50 min or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the Pistachio Chocolate Bundt Cake to cool in the Bundt Cake Pan on a cooling rack for about 20 min, then turn it out directly onto the serving plate you would like to use and continue to cool completely.
  6. Dust the top of the Pistachio Chocolate Bundt cake with Powdered Sugar (optional) or your topping of choice and enjoy!
