Today we will be making some Homemade Peanut Butter M&M Cookies! These Chewy & Delicious Cookies are made with Fresh Milled Flour, but you could also substitute with All-Purpose flour. By prepping some Soft White Wheat Berries in the Grain Mill, you end up with a light texture flour that works wonderfully for baking cakes & cookies! These Peanut Butter M&M Cookies have a Crispy outer edge with a Peanut Buttery base and pops of Chocolate M&Ms throughout – Yum!

These Chewy & Delicious Cookies are made with Fresh Milled Flour, but you could also substitute with All-Purpose flour.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Bake Time (350 Degrees) 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour (Fresh Milled Soft White Wheat Berries) (*see Notes below)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter (softened)
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups M&M's Candy (mini M&M's work well!)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a Large Mixing Bowl with a Pastry Cutter or using Stand Mixer, Cream the Sugars with the Butter.
  3. Mix into the Creamed Butter mixture the Peanut Butter, Eggs & Vanilla until combined.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture to create your cookie dough.
  5. Add in the M&M's and stir until well incorporated throughout the cookie dough.
  6. Scoop or Spoon the desired size cookie portions onto a Baking Sheet, leaving a little room between each.
  7. Bake the Peanut Butter M&M Cookies at 350 Degrees for 10-15 min or until lightly golden and baked to your liking.
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use All-Purpose Flour instead if desired
  • These Peanut Butter M&M Cookies store in an air-tight container at room temperature for about a week.


These Peanut Butter M&M Cookies would be nice packed into lunches, as well as an after-school snack or sweet treat for everyone to enjoy!
