Ingredients

1 1/4 Cups Oats (Old Fashioned or Rolled Oats) - Create a Coarse "Oat Flour" by pulsing in Food Processor
1 1/4 Cups Wheat Flour
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (Creamy, no Xylitol)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix in a bowl or KitchenAid Stand Mixer, to create a Coarse Dough.
Roll out dough on a Floured Surface to desired thickness (@ 1/4" works well).
Cut Dog Cookies to desired shape & size (Dog Bone Shaped Cookie Cutters make a cute treat!)
Place Dog Cookies onto cookie sheets and Bake at 350 Degrees for @ 20-30 min (depending on cookie size) or until golden brown.
Place Dog Cookies onto cooling rack & once cooled, let your furry friend try them out!
Store Homemade Dog Cookies in an airtight container.

1 Cup Water

Combine all ingredients and mix in a bowl or KitchenAid Stand Mixer, to create a Dry, Firm Dough.
Roll out dough on a Floured Surface to desired thickness (@ 1/4" works well).

Light Color Twist

4 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (Creamy, No Xylitol)
1 1/2 Cups Water

Dark Color Twist

4 Cups Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 1/2 Cups Water

Instructions

Combine Respective Color Twist Ingredients together and mix in a bowl or KitchenAid Stand Mixer, to create a Soft Dough Ball of each color twist.
Take a portion of each Color Twist dough and roll out the dough into strips. Then twist the 2 separate dough strips into desired pattern for Dog Treat Twists.
Place Dog Treat Twists onto parchment lined cookie sheets and Bake at 350 Degrees for @ 20 min (depending on Treat Twist size) or until golden brown. [Mini Twists = 10 min | Medium Twists = 20 min | Large Twists = 30 min]
