No Bake Protein Bites

No Bake Protein Bites Recipe

No Bake Protein Bites are a quick & easy snack to make & enjoy! Check out the Recipe - it's only 6 ingredients!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats (Rolled Oats)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 3 Tbl Flaxseed (Ground or Meal)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Oats, Pecans, Flaxseed & Cinnamon in a Large Mixing Bowl.
  2. Add the Peanut Butter & Honey and stir until well combined with the above mixture.
  3. Place the No Bake Protein Bites mixture into the Refrigerator 10-15 min to set up a bit.
  4. Using a small scooper, portion out desired size No Bake Protein Bites and roll the mixture in the palm of your hands to achieve a ball shaped bite sized snack. Continue to scoop and roll No Bake Protein Bites as above until the mixture is all used. (*see Notes below)
  5. Place the prepared No Bake Protein Bites onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and allow them to firm up in the Freezer for 15-20 min.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Rolling the No Bake Protein Bites mixture between the palm of your hands may cause the mixture to become too sticky and hard to work with. If this occurs, simply place the mixing bowl with the mixture back into the refrigerator for 10-15 min to set up again. Repeat as necessary until all the mixture has been used to create the tasty bite size snack portions!
  • These No Bake Protein Bites store nicely in an airtight container in the Refrigerator about 1 week or in the Freezer about 3 months.
