Mango Salsa

Mango & Peach Salsas - Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe

Fresh Mango Salsa - wonderfully fresh fruit flavor salsa or condiment, easily prepared in the Food Processor!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Mango (Peeled & Pit Removed) [about 4 Mango]
  • 2 Cups Onion (Sweet Onion works well) [about 1 Large Onion}
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley (Fresh)
  • Juice of 1 Lime (or 1 1/2 Limes if small)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until desired consistency.
  2. Serve fresh and chilled with chips, over fish tacos or as a condiment for grilled chicken or pork!

Notes

  • Add Cumin or Ginger for some added depth of flavor, depending on what you are serving this with!

Peach Basil Pico De Gallo

Peach Salsa - Fresh Peach Basil Pico De Gallo Recipe

Fresh Peach Basil Pico De Gallo - wonderfully fresh fruit flavor salsa or condiment, easily prepared in the Food Processor!

Blanching Prep Time 20 minutes
Pico Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Peaches (Blanched, Peeled & Pit Removed) [about 7-8 Peaches]
  • 1/2 Cup Onion (Sweet Onion works well) [about 1 Medium Onion]
  • 1/4 Cup Basil (Fresh)
  • Juice of 1 Lime (or 1 1/2 Limes if small)
  • 2-3 Jalapeno Peppers (depending on how spicy you like it!)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blanch the Peaches to remove the skins and then remove the Peach Pit as well.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until desired consistency.
  3. Serve fresh and chilled with chips, over fish tacos or as a condiment for grilled chicken or pork!
